Will it be Real Estate Bubble in Cambodia soon?
There are many construction coming up in Cambodia. I guess the growth rate of the contruction is more than the growth rate of GDP. Base on that, Would it be any bubble in housing real estate in the future?The country is a potential fast growing country. at the moment, there is only one direction of Real estate price, "UP". But, by invest only on real estate investment, as many Phnom Penh residents do, would be an risky investment decision. i do feel that the housing growth rate is too fast that it needs to slow down in accordance to the economics growth.

You are right. There will be a buble soon, I guess. The problem is that after the buble collapsed, a lot of economic crisises remainds. No measure to prevent that black days?
I knew that Japan used to have experience with real estate bubble around 1990. But, i don't really know how the gov't control the bubble.
Can you share on what the result of the crisis, and how japanese gov't intervene to control the crisis?
I am not sure about the measure japanese govt took. I just learnt that after the buble collapse, many companies bankrupted and there are many people become unemplyed and committed suicide. It seems that no effective measure was found because after that japan's economy went down sharply. Many firm had no choice but to cut off their employees.
After the buble, japanese govt carried out the 0-rate-interest policy to help restructure the private firms. It means we can borrow money from the bank without paying interest.
What should be worried in Cambodia is the disparity that is extending more and more everyday. The rich becomes richer and the poor becomes poorer. Because I am not specialist in those policy I can't say how to do exactly, but if we let the disparity spread like this, one day there will be a very serious social problem, I think.
